This workshop is intended for those who are preparing to write a business plan. The purpose of a business plan will be discussed and the key components will be examined. Participants will be given strategies to help complete their plan and ideas for financing will be shared.

Upon completion of this workshop, the participants will have the information and tools to complete their own business plan.
 

Marketing Your Business

This workshop is intended for entrepreneurs of all ages and all stages of business. 
The purpose of this workshop is to help entrepreneurs to understanding the marketing strategies that are right for their own business. The key components are:

• Packaging

• Pricing

• Placing

• Promotion

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to market their products and services  to their target market using the tools that are right for the industry and their business.
